Who this is for

Producers, importers and brand owners (PIBOs) of plastic packaging; producers and importers of electrical and electronic equipment; producers of batteries; and bulk consumers who must file returns. From a single-product D2C brand to a multi-plant manufacturer, the obligation is the same and the penalties for missing it are real.

What we do

1. Registration

We determine which rules apply to you, assemble the documents, and complete your registration on the CPCB EPR portal for plastic packaging (PWM Rules), e-waste (E-Waste Management Rules 2022) or batteries (BWM Rules 2022). We also handle amendments when products or volumes change.

2. Target computation and fulfilment

We calculate your annual collection, recycling and end-of-life targets from your sales and import data, then fulfil them through our own facility and a network of registered recyclers, generating the certificates and credits the portal requires.

3. Returns and audits

Quarterly and annual returns filed on time, records maintained in audit-ready form, and representation during SPCB or CPCB inspections. We send you a compliance calendar so nothing slips.

Most EPR consultants broker credits they don't produce. Because we run a recycling facility and work with authorised partners directly, we know what the certificates behind your filings actually mean, and we can stand behind them if an auditor asks.
